Meet Osheen
Osheen appeared on Show 354 in Los Angeles, California on March 9, 2018 with the Los Angeles Philharmonic.
Osheen Manukyan (cello), 18, lives in Glendale, California where he is a senior at Verdugo Academy. He studies with Dr. Richard Naill at The Colburn School, where he is principal cellist of the Colburn Chamber Orchestra and performs in an honors string quartet, coached by Robert Demaine. Osheen was the winner of the Colburn Youth Orchestra Concerto Competition and has attended the Montecito International Music Festival. Osheen’s favorite musical experience was hearing Bach’s Cello Suites performed on guitar for the first time. Outside of music, he enjoys reading and going on the occasional hike.
