This week, from Music Hall in Cincinnati, Ohio, outstanding teenage musicians solo with the renowned Cincinnati Pops led by Maestro Erich Kunzel. Highlights include a 16-year-old cellist from Tallahassee performing David Popper’s Hungarian Rhapsody and a 14-year-old violinist from Cleveland performing the Finale of the Burch Violin Concerto No. 1. Also on this week’s show, the pros from the Cincinnati Pops compete against our young musicians in a game of “Geezers vs Wunderkinds!”
