This week, from New England Conservatory’s Jordan Hall in Boston, our line-up of outstanding performers includes a 14-year-old pianist from nearby Dorchester playing the music of Mendelssohn and the Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra playing the foreboding overture to Mozart’s Don Giovanni. Plus, we’re joined by the Associate Principal Trumpet of the New York Philharmonic, who was originally on our show back when he was a teenager!

Trumpet player and 10th Anniversary Performer Matthew Muckey from New York, NY, performs II. Adagio religioso from Concerto in F minor, Op. 18 by Oskar Boehme

The Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra performs the Overture to Don Giovanni by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Conducted by Federico Cortese.
