Meet Noah

Noah performs on Show 408 and Show 441 as a member of the Sylvan Quartet.

Noah Chung-Igelman (cello), 14, lives in New York, NY, and attends the High School for Mathematics, Science, and Engineering. He is a student at Juilliard Pre-College, where he studies with Clara Kim. Noah has been awarded top prizes in competitions such as the New York MTNA Competition, Lyra Music Competition, International Grande Music Competition, and National League of Performing Arts Scholarship Competition, and recently had the opportunity to perform with the New York Chamber Players Orchestra at the DiMenna Center in New York, NY. He has also participated in Morningside Music Bridge and New York Youth Symphony chamber music programs. Outside of music, Noah loves reading, movies, teaching himself 3-D design, and talking politics.
