Laura Park (violin), 18, is from Des Plaines, Illinois and studies at the Music Institute of Chicago with Almita Vamos. A student this summer at the Chautauqua Institution Music Festival, she has also attended Aspen Music Festival and she is the concertmaster for the Music Institute of Chicago Academy Chamber Orchestra. Laura appeared on From the Top Show 197 in Cedar Rapids as a member of the Fischoff winning Aurelia String Quartet. She enjoys traveling and meeting new people and likes watching Korean television shows.
