Daniel performs on Show 409.

Daniel Choi (oboe), 16, from Pleasantville, New York, is a junior at Riverdale Country School. He studies oboe with Nathan Hughes through the Juilliard Pre College program. Daniel has won various awards, including an honorable mention for the 2021 Davidson Fellow Scholarship and first place in the 2021 American Protege Competition. He has participated in National Youth Orchestra 2 and Juilliard Summer Winds. Outside of music, Daniel enjoys watching movies and playing chess.
