Join us in person to meet other like-minded musicians to explore the fascinating field of music and neuroscience.
Event Details:
- WHAT: A day of learning, connection, and inspiration
- WHEN: Sunday, March 16 from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (lunch will be provided)
- WHERE: Cammilleri Hall at the Brain and Creativity Institute, USC University Park Campus
3620 McClintock Ave, Los Angeles, CA - WHO: Young musicians ages 13–21

What to Expect:
- Discussions with Leading Experts: Music educators, music therapists, university researchers, and other musicians will lead discussions about the science of music and its impact on brain development and well-being.
- Presentations by Young Musicians: Young musicians chosen by From the Top for a unique fellowship on music and the brain will share progress on their research projects, developed with USC’s Brain and Creativity Institute.
- Networking and Exploration: Peer break-outs during meals and throughout the day to network and explore.
This event is free to young musicians ages 13-21! However, capacity is limited, and registrants are asked to commit to attending the full day.
