From the Top enjoys some southern hospitality and presents some wonderful young musicians from throughout the Southeastern US, including Fretworks, a mandolin orchestra created at a public arts magnet middle school in Montgomery, and a teenage couple who make music together.

Flutist Emily Thomas, 18, from Huntsville, AL, performs Sonatine by Henri Dutilleux

Clarinetist Michael Shane, 18, from Greensboro, NC, performs Time Pieces by Robert Muczynski
