Meet Kayleigh

Kayleigh performed on Show 391, broadcasting the week of November 9, 2020.

Kayleigh Kim (violin), 16, from Oak Hill, Virginia, is a junior at Oakton High School. She is studies violin through the Juilliard Pre-College program with Catherine Cho and Francesca DePasquale. Kayleigh has won first place in several competitions including the MTNA Virginia competition, NVMTA Concerto Competition, and the Feder Memorial String Competition. She was recently selected to compete in the 2021 Menuhin Competition. Outside of music, Kaleigh’s interests include longboarding, growing houseplants, and reading.
