Kayla will perform on Show 343 with NYO-USA on July 19, 2017.

Kayla Cabrera (viola), 18, lives in Crete, Illinois where she studies with Roland Vamos and will attend The Juilliard School beginning this fall. Kayla’s favorite musical experience to date was touring with NYO-USA in 2016, where she had the opportunity to play in some of the world’s most famous halls, while working with some of the world’s most famous conductors and soloists. Outside of music, she loves ballet, learning about languages, watching history documentaries, and photography.
