Joshua Nakazawa (cello), 17, is a senior at Newton South High School in Newton. MA. He plays in the Greater Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra. As the son of a flute teacher, Joshua began his involvement with music at the age of three when he sat in the cello section during his mother’s orchestra rehearsals. Joshua also enjoys movies and is currently undergoing lifeguard training.
