Henry Drangel (tenor), 17, from New York, New York, graduated from Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in the class of 2025 and now attends the Curtis institute.. He played Marco in the Gondoliers with LaGuardia High School’s Opera Studio program. He has performed many lead roles with Queens College Theatre camp and performed Tevye, in Fiddler on the Roof with Manhattan School of Music Summer Theatre camp. He won first place Regionals in Boston, MA and third place Nationals in Sarasota, FL of the Schmidt Vocal Arts Competitions. Henry is currently a second-year student in Juilliard’s Pre-College program where he found his passion for classical music.
