Elizabeth Sperry (flute), 18, is from Chelmsford, Massachusetts where she recently graduated from Chelmsford High School. Currently a freshman at Stony Brook University in New York, she studied at the Boston Flute Academy with Judy Grant. Over the summer, she participated in the National Youth Orchestra of the United States of America. She has played for elementary school students and nursing home residents in her home community, and she mentors younger students in the Chelmsford All-Town Wind Ensemble. Outside of music, she spends her time babysitting and working with young children.
