Meet Andrew

Andrew will perform on Show 343 with NYO-USA on July 19, 2017.

Andrew Yohann Kim (violin), 18, hails from Old Tappan, New Jersey where he studies with Dr. Ann Setzer. Andrew will attend Harvard University in the fall. He says that working with his best friends in the Noctis Quartet to prepare for Fischoff 2016 and ultimately winning second place “alongside all the mischievous and humorous experiences that we faced along the way” was his favorite musical experience thus far. Outside of music, Andrew enjoys, reading creative writing, watching movies, writing screenplays, fashion and photography.
