New music video: “Can’t Stop the Feeling”

Can’t Stop the Feeling

If you’re like us, there was a moment this past summer when you saw the music video for Justin Timberlake’s summer hit “Can’t Stop the Feeling”, and you couldn’t help but cheer for all those awesome folks getting down and dancing.

Well, here’s another reason to cheer – six incredible young From the Top musicians doing their own classically-infused rendition of “Can’t Stop the Feeling”, high atop Aspen Mountain in Colorado.

We made this video while we were in town recording our radio show (that recording will air on NPR stations the week of September 19, FYI). The arrangement is by the superb Steve Hackman, who also arranged our version of Taylor Swift’s Shake It Off. We’d live to give a big shout out to our friends at Aspen Music Festival and School, who helped make the video happen during a busy weekend. And to Mother Nature for the nice weather on Aspen Mountain.

Bravo to musicians Corine Chartré-Lefebvre (french horn), Arjun Ganuly (viola), Miray Ito (violin), Olivia Staton (flute), Shintaro Taneda (violin), and Allegra Whiting (cello). These incredible young people gave their all during a long day of filming; we are so proud of them.
