Happy #ArtsMatterDay, Massachusetts!

Arts & culture drive the economy, enhance education, build community, and embrace diversity & inclusion. They encourage us to explore new and unfamiliar ideas in safe spaces.

Karen Cueva, a recipient of the Jack Kent Cooke Scholarship and a From the Top alum, writes:

“The arts matter because they offer multiple entry points to experience the depth of the human experience. In art, you can utilize the space to undergo a personal transformation or you can find the essence of community. You can go back in time or create the future, all while living in the purest form of the present. The arts will not matter unless we make them matter every day.”

Join From the Top and hundreds of organizations and artists for an online celebration of arts & culture by sharing why arts matter to you. Let’s take social media by storm and prove that arts matter in Massachusetts!
