Meet Ayden

Ayden performs on Show 460.

Ayden Garcia (saxophone), 15, is from Frisco, Texas, and attends Hebron High School. He has competed in a variety of saxophone competitions, including NASA, the North American Saxophone Alliance high school solo competition and the Houston Underground Saxophone Competition as a soloist and as part of a quartet. He made TMEA All-State for classical saxophone as a freshman. His goal, when playing saxophone, is not to be competitive, but to share with an audience the true beauty of music, and have fun learning awesome saxophone repertoire that he can share with the world.

Ayden truly enjoys putting in the effort and time into things he cares about. He finds happiness in perfecting the small things that often end up meaning the most to him. He believes that working towards a goal is an opportunity to improve not just himself but the lives of those he cherishes.

Outside of music, Ayden enjoys running, studying for advanced classes, and volunteering in the community by helping the homeless through non-profit organizations.
