Matthew Liversedge (cello), 16, is from Wilmore, Kentucky and attends West Jessamine High School. He is a recipient of From the Top’s Jack Kent Cooke Young Artist Award. Matthew studies the cello with Benjamin Karp and is a member of the Central Kentucky Youth Orchestra. He also participates in a piano trio and the Wilmore Free Methodist Youth Choir, and attended the 2010 Brevard Summer Music Festival. Outside music, Matthew enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his family.
