About
This week, we’re broadcasting from the Barshinger Center for Musical Arts at Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where you’ll hear outstanding 16 and 17 year old musicians, including a young, hometown baritone singing a beautiful song by Vaughan Williams and a teenage bassoonist playing a movement from a lively Weber concerto. Also, Roving Reporter Hayley Goldbach interviews emeritus composer, George Perle, who has become a mentor to an outstanding pianist on today’s program.
