Ticket Info
This week, From the Top comes to you from Hemmens Cultural Center in Elgin, Illinois, where you’ll meet outstanding musicians from 14 to 18 years old, including a young pianist from Wyoming performing Rachmaninoff and a teenage violinist from Elgin performing Lutoslawski. Also, Roving Reporter Hayley Goldbach challenges a fabulous 18-year-old cellist to a very “genteel” game of ping-pong — with disastrous results.
