About
This week, From the Top is at New England Conservatory’s Jordan Hall in Boston, where you’ll meet a 15-year-old pianist who has already performed at the White House as well as in Baghdad with the Iraqi Symphony. Also, a 17-year-old violinist plays the music of César Franck, a teenage singer performs two pieces by Dominick Argento, and a young cello quartet closes the show with music that evokes the spirit of an old fashioned barn raising.
