Kyle Hu performed on Show 290, recorded June 2014, at age 11.

Kyle Hu  (piano), 11, is from Yorktown, Virginia, and attends Grafton Bethel Elementary School. He studies piano with Alisa Bohon. Kyle was the winner of the Mary Smart Virginia State Competition Division III in 2013, the Eastern District Piano Competition Level 1B in 2013, and the Virginia Music Teachers State Piano Competition Level 1A in 2012. Outside of music, he enjoys reading about math, medicine, and classic literature in school.
