Her commitment to nurturing the next generation of musicians is evident in her work mentoring young artists at Third Street Music School Settlement. Active in community engagement, Enli has organized numerous community outreach performances in hospitals, nursing homes, and shelters across the city. Through Nido de Esperanza, she also co-founded a music education initiative for underprivileged children, teaching 200+ students in Queens, NY the basics of music theory and rhythm through storytelling.

Outside of music, Enli is an avid activist for immigrant rights and environmental initiatives, using her leadership skills to organize several teams of volunteers to uplift and empower immigrant women, children, and the sick. In addition, she has put her interest in coding to good use by developing a prototype language-learning app tailored to immigrant communities in New York City, using cultural context to teach vocabulary more effectively.
